How long will it take to get my orders?

Each pack contains 30 Eve & Dawn Sleep Strips, perfect for one month of use as either Mouth Tape or Nose Strips.
How do I use Eve & Dawn Strips?
Mouth Tape:
1. Clean and dry your lips and skin around them. Gently tuck your lips inward.
2. Peel off the liner and apply from one side, pressing across your lips.
3. Breathe comfortably through your nose. Use the breathing vent if needed.
Nose Strips:
1. Clean and dry your nose thoroughly before bed, then apply the strip.
2. Peel off the liner and place the strip across the bridge of your nose.
3. Wear while sleeping. Rinse with warm water (10 sec) before gently removing.
