We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used. 2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and gladly replace the item.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange a return and either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and well-being of all our customers, certain items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. These include (but are not limited to): personal care products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, and any product that comes into direct contact with the skin or body. - Shipping fees are non-refundable
