At Eve & Dawn, we know that sometimes plans change. Whether you're placing a one-time order, subscribing to recurring deliveries, or pre-ordering a product, we aim to make the cancellation process clear and easy to navigate. Below you’ll find our updated policy covering cancellations and changes for all types of purchases.
Subscriptions
Some products in our store may be available as subscriptions, allowing you to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you choose.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically unless you opted to prepay.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or launching soon.

In some cases, you may be charged a partial deposit or nothing at all during checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and charged in full (or for the remaining balance) when the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel any unfulfilled or partially paid pre-order at any time.

If the item has already shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel but may be eligible for a refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Modification Policy
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment system. We ship quickly, so we recommend double-checking your order before completing your purchase. -
Requesting Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your order details (items, quantities, or shipping info), please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to make the change if the order has not yet been processed, but it cannot be guaranteed once it moves to fulfillment. -
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. If it has already been fulfilled, you may return eligible items following our Returns & Refunds Policy. -
Customized Orders
Cancellations may not be possible for any custom or personalized products once preparation has started. Please contact us quickly if you need to cancel a customized order. -
How to Request a Change or Cancellation

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled before processing or shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. -
